April Spotlight: 9 Skincare Products I am Loving Right Now

Hello SB family! It’s your favorite skincare addict here. Hope everyone had a productive week! April is prime time for skincare cabinet refresh. I believe that you should change up the brand of your skincare products every 3 months or so because the bacteria on your skin eventually adapts to the products you use, and they stop being as effective. So here are the 9 skincare products I am currently obsessed with. You can simply click on each picture to purchase any of these items if you’d like.

1. Tarte 4-in-1 Setting Mist - $25.00

As the sun comes out, your skin gets dehydrated easily. A good facial spray is a MUST. This particular spray is fantastic because it works as a primer, makeup setting spray, hydrating mist, and skin refresher. Even on days that I don’t wear makeup, I still use it throughout the day because the refreshing scent instantly awakens my senses and provides a hydrating boost throughout the day.

2. TATCHA The Dewy Skin Cream $68.00

Although I recommend this cream for people with mostly dry skin, I benefit greatly from it. It is described as a rich cream that feeds the skin with plumping hydration and antioxidant-packed Japanese purple rice for a dewy, healthy glow. I personally don’t mind looking like I was tossed in olive oil, the dewier, the better. I use this cream mostly at night and I wake up looking plump and refreshed.

3. Beauty Bio - R45 The Lift 3-Phase Advanced Neck Contouring Treatment - $85.00

The neck, décolletage, and jawline are easily forgotten but people I promise you they are also part of your face. The neck and hands are the fastest way to tell a person’s age. You simply apply one pump to your neck and chest in the evening. Start with phase one then proceed to phases two and three. I just finished half of the first vial and the skin on my neck is already feeling tighter and smoother! Excited to complete the treatment and the 2 other tubes.

4. Caudalie Purifying Mask - $39.00

Caudalie is one of my favorite brands. This particular mask is perfect for someone suffering from blemishes. It's super smooth and feels really refreshing. After I rinse I can definitely feel a difference in my skin’s texture, and it leaves my face feeling hydrated. You can also use it as a spot treatment for pimples. Put that toothpaste down girl and get Caudalie mask. Use it about 2-3 times a week.

5. Tata Harper Restorative Eye Crème - $62.00

Just like neck area, your eye area also needs some tender caring. The 360° eye treatment fights the eye area’s five most common signs of aging in one complete daily crème. This eye creme does a fantastic job at diminishing my fine lines and puffiness. I love how silky and smooth this product feel. I simply use my ring finger to apply gently morning and night.

6. Ko Skin Beauty Pink Peel Pads - $31.00

Anyone that knows me knows that I love Korean skincare. I love this small local brand. I have been using their sheet masks for a long time. So, when they released these, I was the first one to purchase. These pads are multi-tasking! It clears and soothes pores, removes dead skin cells, removes extra residue after cleansing, and promotes glowing skin. It’s almost like a chemical peel but gentler. After two weeks, my skin has improved greatly.

7. NuFACE FIX Line Smoothing Device - $149.00

Oh, Holy Grail! You know there are some things in life that seem like a gimmick until you try it and you are quickly humbled? This was one of them. When I first heard of it, I genuinely scoffed but the moment I tried it on my smile lines, I was a believer. 3 minutes in your problem area is all you need and poof the wrinkles are gone for the day. I haven’t tried it long enough to know what the long-term effects are but for now, it’s a quick fix for sure.

8. Kiehl’s Facial Cream - $30.00

I LOVE this moisturizer. It is affordable and has my favorite ingredient (squalane) in it. I’ve had this product for over a year and have not run out. A little goes a long way. Please use moisturizer both day and night.

9. La Prairie White Caviar Pearl Infusion - $570.00

I know! This is one expensive product but it’s one of those products that you splurge on once and it lasts forever. This product is great for skin brightening. The little pearls are actual caviar extracts. I notice it evens my skin tones and helps with my age spots as well. I understand this brand is a bit expensive but it’s luxury at it’s finest.

Hope you have a great weekend everyone and thank you so much for reading! Stay Fabulous. xx
