"From face oil to lipstick to perfume, below are the beauty products #TeamSB loves to splurge on that are worth the money."

Hello SB! Our tax returns are here which means, it’s time for us to splurge on something. Why not make it beauty products? From face oil to lipstick to perfumes, below are the beauty products #TeamSB loves to splurge on that are worth the money.

1. Pat McGrath Labs MatteTrance Lipstick - $38.00

Pat McGrath is an icon and everything she touches turns into gold. This lipstick is described as “a sensually creamy, powerful pigment that evokes screen siren glamour with every application”. As you all know, my style is loosely based on old Hollywood which means, I love a good sultry red lipstick. I was excited to get my hand on the “blue red” one. I get quite a lot of compliments when I wear this red. It might be my favorite of all time after my “lady balls” by Too Faced. It tends to get a little dry which can cause it to wear a little unevenly. The key is to moisturize your lips heavily to make it a pretty comfortable matte. The case is also very luxurious… I love good packaging.

2. Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sakari Babyfacial - $80.00

A follower of mine introduced me to the brand Drunk Elephant and I fell madly in love with this particular product. What it is: A pro-quality AHA/BHA facial that resurfaces skin to reveal greater clarity, improved skin texture and tone, and a more youthful appearance. I am in LOVE with this product. I use it once a week for about only 20 minutes. My T-zone area could be quite sensitive and my checks do get fairly red immediately after, but I usually use a hydrating sheet mask immediately after which keeps the redness down. I have to say this is my new favorite part of my weekend skincare routine. Love, love, love!

3. Chanel Baume Essentiel Multi-Use Glow Stick - $45.00

Perfect for people who love that dewy, glowy skin. I discovered this product summer last year and have been using just a touch above my cheek apple. Every time I use it, I receive so many compliments about how nice I look. This product is light, smooth, and does not settle into wrinkles. The best part? It’s quite easy to apply. I simply use a small brush and blend at the highest point of my cheekbones in a circular motion. However, lately, it has worked its way onto my eyelids as well. I simply use my fingertips to apply. Highly recommend!

4. Amorepacific Time Response Eye Reserve Crème - $260.00

What it is: A nourishing anti-aging eye cream powered by green tea that visibly improves the look of skin’s firmness and delivers intense hydration for younger-looking eyes. I fell in love with this brand for their face cleanser. So, when I heard about the eye cream, I was excited to try it. It hydrates while simultaneously brightens. Yes, the price is pretty hefty but the jar lasted me about 9 months. If the price is too steep, you can use Sephora points to get the Amorepacific sampler. It includes a sample of this eye cream that surprisingly lasts about a couple of months.

5. La Mer The Concentrate - $179.00

What it is: A concentrated treatment to strengthen, visibly soothe and protect. If I could have a gallon container of this stuff it would be great. I particularly love the consistency (feels like silk) and the spa smell. A little goes a long way, so this bottle should last at least 6 months. It is perfect for anyone with acne scars or even burn marks. I had stitches from a freak accident last summer and someone recommended this to me as post-surgical treatment. It truly works wonders. Certainly a staple in my medicine cabinet.

6. Rodin Olio Lusso Jasmine and Neroli Face Oil - $170.00

What it is: A blend of pure, nutrient-dense botanical oils. Face oils are perfect as the last step of your skincare routine to seal everything in. A few drops at night as the final step in my skincare routine leaves my skin hydrated and glowing without being greasy. It absorbs so quickly - and the smell is divine! I am very sensitive to facial oils, so I was skeptical in trying this but I did not react to it all. This one here is luxury at its finest and worth every penny. If you want a beautiful, glistening skin….pick this up.

7. Byredo Gypsy Water Eau du Parfum - $130

What it is: The scent of fresh soil, deep forests and campfires evoke the dream of a free, colorful lifestyle close to nature. I picked up this perfume when I learned that it was Kate Bosworth’s favorite and she is one of my favorites. The price point is a bit high, so I recommend only wearing it on special occasions. The scent is very soft and lovely and anytime I wear it, people stop and ask what I am wearing. I get so many compliments. My favorite part is the minimalist bottle design. Heaven!

8. Augustin Bader The Rich Cream - $265

What it is: A revolutionary face cream inspired by 30 years of research and innovation by Professor Augustinus Bader. I tried this product for 30 days straight by itself and wow, it truly lives up to the hype. A good amount of my hyperpigmentation had faded and the texture of my skin was transformed into something more glistening. The best way to describe it is that my face had this plump bounciness every day, my wrinkles reduced significantly and looked like I had just walked off a spa. It truly is a miracle cream. I am addicted and finally get why the whole beauty community is freaking out about this cream!

9. SK-II Facial Treatment Mask - $139.00

What it is: Packed with an exceptional concentration of PITERA™, this face mask takes your skin to the next level of crystal clear. I am a sheet mask addict and use one overnight in my skincare routine. So when I received a sample of this from a Sephora employee and I was excited to try. The mask was concentrated in product with excess product left in the packaging that I was able to use it the following night by simply storing it in the fridge. My skin felt super smooth and bright almost immediately. If nothing else, the packaging is aesthetically pleasing.

10. Blue Diamond Super Cream - $400

What is it - FIRMING, HYDRATING FACE CREAM TO REBUILD STRESSED, DAMAGED SKIN. This is genuinely the best cream ever and no, that is not an exaggeration because I have put it to the test for the past year. I love the consistency of the product and it smells like heaven. It has truly transformed my skin and my skin is constantly glowing! I understand this cream is quite expensive, however, the tiniest amount goes a long way. All their products are amazing. If you want a super firm, radiant and fresh-looking skin, this is the product for you. I adore Omorovicza!
